GyroDrill: Aim Trainer – Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of GyroDrill: Aim Trainer ("the app"), provided by druidori s.r.o., Czech Republic ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these terms. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

GyroDrill Premium subscriptions

• Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app, or use it in a way that breaks applicable law.

Third-party games

GyroDrill is an independent training app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publishers of any game it may help you train for. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Please take breaks and use the app in a safe environment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
