These Provider-Specific Terms supplement the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement (Version 1.0) for Orders that incorporate them through the Atlassian Marketplace listing. The customer's Agreement starts as described in Section 1.2 of that standard agreement. A publication or revision date on this page does not replace that contractual Effective Date.
Documentation. The product's usage documentation is https://druidori.com/atlassian/edit-issues-in-excel/guide.html. The app exports issues from a Jira search to an Excel workbook and, after the user reviews them, applies changes made in that workbook back to Jira using the signed-in user's permissions. The documentation lists the supported fields and limitations, including the maximum number of issues per export and the fields that stay read-only.
Governing law and courts. For Section 19.2, the Governing Law is the law of the Czech Republic. The Courts are the courts of the Czech Republic with territorial jurisdiction over Provider's registered office, subject to applicable mandatory law.
Support. For Section 5.1, the Support Policy is https://druidori.com/atlassian/edit-issues-in-excel/support.html. Support is provided by email at info@druidori.com on a best-effort basis during the support hours stated in the Support Policy (Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 Prague time, excluding Czech public holidays), with a target of replying within two business days. That target is not a guaranteed response or resolution time, and there is no uptime SLA. This support description does not amend Section 6.
Ordinary support uses synthetic or fully anonymised diagnostic examples and does not include access to customer Jira sites or investigation of live customer datasets, including real exported workbooks. Any additional data-handling service must be separately agreed, with its processing scope and safeguards settled before it starts. This does not limit applicable duties when personal data is received unexpectedly.

Data processing. For Section 3.3, the Data Protection Addendum is the app's data-processing attachment at https://druidori.com/atlassian/edit-issues-in-excel/dpa.html, incorporating Bonterms DPA v2.0 (Attachment Version) and the product-specific details and additional terms there. It applies to the extent Provider processes personal data on Customer's behalf. The privacy notice does not substitute for the DPA.
